I took care of that chihuahua a few months ago. She is the sweetest thing ever...but has been put on a diet since then...thank god. Ironically she did get more yippy as soon as her energy level went up...</description>

		<description>Good grief, those are fat pets! They often lose a few years off their lives when they&#039;re that fat, and since they only live to be 8 to 20 years old, that can be a big deal. But being that fat would help keep them from running away when you need to catch them to take them to the vet.</description>

I have a terrier-mix rescue who did, indeed, fatten up a little too much and I had to put him on &quot;diet&quot; dog food for a couple of months, per vets orders. He&#039;s svelt and sexy once again. hahaha</description>
